CRP 1.2 - Exploring Career Options

In this module you will gain an understanding of the difference between jobs and careers, explore different job sectors and also be directed to a website where you can research the skills and knowledge required for jobs that potentially interest you.

CRP 1.3 - Finding Out About Me

In this module we will start to examine your skills and knowledge and also look at the importance of perception (what people think about you) and how that can be used to our advantage when we sell ourselves at an interview.

CRP 1.4 - Marketing Yourself

One of our key philosophies is based on considering yourself as you own business and marketing yourself 24/7. This module will show you how to achieve this and why it is so important.

CRP 2.1 - Personal Action Plan

Remember the saying "If you fail to plan - then you plan to fail" Once you have your plan then the next stage is to put it into practice. This module will help you with the key stage of achieving your career goal.

CRP 3.1 - Creating a Killer Resume

A well written resume is one of the most important marketing tools that you will use and therefore we need to take time to create a resume that shows us at our best and also one that we believe in ourselves.

Resumes open doors to opportunities and in this module we will show you how to create a resume using Microsoft Word. This module is specifically designed for younger learners who have a limited work history.

CRP 3.2 - Letter Writing

This module will teach you how to write a cover letter that you can target at a particular job vacancy and which acts as an introduction. A cover letter accompanies your resume.

CRP 3.3 - Application Forms

This module will give you hand hints and tips on how to complete a job application form, especially as more companies now have on-line application procedures.

CRP 4.1 - Interview Skills

If your resume opened the door then you will get the chance to sell yourself at an interview. Preparing for the interview by knowing what questions you might be asked, and more importantly how to answer them, is a major part of this critical module.

CRP 5.1 - Workplace Ethics

This module will teach you how to act in a responsible and professional manner in various situations that might occur in the workplace.
