You can choose to add value to your on-line learning experience by attending one or more of our practical skills workshops. These focus on the interpersonal elements that can really make a difference to the way you present yourself, to your confidence and to the way you work in co-operation with others.
The three hour facilitated workshops are held at our location in Durham, NC. They may also be available at other centers near you (call for details of other centers).

*This workshop includes the purchase of a voucher to take the National Professional Certification in Customer Service Certification which is an on-line test, therefore the cost for this workshop is $125 per person.
